Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Blizzard Maps ("the service"), operated by Serverific (Tom Blizzard). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
The service is in development
Blizzard Maps is actively being developed and is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change, break, or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times. Do not rely on it as your sole means of navigation.
Navigation is your responsibility
Blizzard Maps is an aid, not a substitute for your own judgment. Roads, conditions, and maps change. You are responsible for riding safely, obeying all traffic laws, and paying attention to the road — not the screen. Do not operate the app in a way that distracts you while riding or driving. We are not responsible for accidents, wrong turns, closed or unsafe roads, or any harm arising from your use of the service.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you register. Don't share your account credentials.
Acceptable use
- Don't use the service for anything unlawful.
- Don't attempt to break, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data.
- Don't upload content you don't have the right to use.
Your content
Rides, routes, and files you create or import remain yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and display that content back to you so the service can function. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.
Availability and data
We aim to keep the service running and your data safe, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that data will never be lost. Keep your own copies of anything important (for example, export your GPX files).
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Serverific and Tom Blizzard are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The service is provided without warranties of any kind.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or harms the service or other users.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page.
